DMCA Policy

Weekly Zap respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to properly submitted notices of claimed copyright infringement.

Reporting a claimed infringement

If you believe that material available on weeklyzap.com infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice to our designated agent containing the following:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail (such as a URL) for us to locate it.
• Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Counter-notification

If you believe your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to the same address. It should identify the material, state under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed in error, and include your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.

Repeat infringers

We may, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers.
